Banana stem 1 cup (cleaned and chopped)
Green gram 1 cup (soaked overnight)
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Scraped coconut 1 cup
Cumin seeds ¼ tsp
Shallots 5
Garlic 3 cloves
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Cook the green gram and the banana stem together with salt.
