Ingredients

Ginger 1 piece (chopped)
Dry red chillies 4
Scraped coconut ½ cup
Shallots 3
Tamarind a small piece
Salt to taste
Curry leaves


           

In a pan pour 1tsp oil and fry the ginger, scraped coconut, dry red chillies and shallots till the moisture gets evaporated.

Grind the fried items along with tamarind and salt.
