Ingredients

Pumpkin ¼ kg (cut in to medium sized pieces)
Scraped coconut ½ cup
Rice flour 1 cup jiggery ½ cups (melted)
Banana leaf

           

Method of Preperation

Cook and mash the pumpkins.

In a bowl make dough out of the mashed pumpkins, rice flour and scraped coconut adding melted jiggery. Take care not to make the dough sticky.

Make medium pieces from banana leaf. Flatten the dough thinly on the leaf and fold.

Steam and cook the adas for 15 minutes.
